Recipe: Blacken Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

It is pasta time. Add some flavor into your lives. Try something new tonight like my awesome fettuccini pasta entrée. The mouth watering, amazing, and delicious dish will enlighten your evening with flame.

Ingredients
2 Boneless Chicken Breast (blackened)
3 oz. Tomato (diced)
3 oz. Green Onions (chopped)
1 Tbs. Garlic (chopped)
4 oz. Mushrooms (Mushrooms)
5 oz. Grated Parmesan Cheese (Fresh is possible)
3 Cups Heavy Cream
½ Cup of chicken broth (Can)

Blacken Spices (One order double for more)
2 ½ TSP. Paprika
1 ½ TSP. Cayenne Pepper
½ TSP. White Pepper
½ TSP. Salt
½ TSP. Dried Oregano
½ TSP. Dried Rosemary (Fine Chopped)
½ TSP. Dried Parsley
½ TSP. Garlic Powder
½ TSP. Onion Powder

Instructions
Heat 1 gallon of water in a pot and add the olive oil and 1 Tbs. salt. Bring water to boil and add pasta. Follow instruction on box for cooking times. Cook and strain the water.

Heat pan with some olive oil on medium heat. Combine all blacken spices into a bowl. Pat down chicken breast on one side and place them on the pan with the spice side down until lightly blacken. Remove from pan and finish in the oven at 350F.

Heat a pan with some olive oil and sauté the mushrooms, tomatoes and green onions for a few minutes. Then add some garlic for 1 minute. Remove heat and place aside.

Heat a pot and add the chicken broth, followed buy adding the heavy cream. Cook for about 5 minutes until product starts to boil. Add parmesan cheese and stir vigorously until cheese is fully incorporated. Throw some salt ant pepper according to your taste. If you like your sauce cheesier add more cheese to the sauce until desired taste it reached.

Finally to plate add some sauce into the pan with the sautéed vegetable. Mix all the ingredients together and bring to a light boil. The sauce is ready now. Place some pasta in a bowl and top it with your sauce and chicken.

Note: If you would like your sauce thicker just add 2 tbs. of melted butter with 1 tbs. of flour. Mix the ingredients and place it little at a time in the boiling sauce and stir. Add until desired thickness has arrived. If you would like some spicy Alfredo sauce try to add a dash of hot sauce.
