These are the ingredients that you need to have and how they should be prepared prior to cooking.
2 pounds and approximately 3 ounces of pork that are cut into cubes (or if you don't prefer pork, you can also use sausage)
1 can of pork and beans (small or large can would be fine depending on how sweet you would like it to taste)
3 cloves of garlic that are finely chopped
1 medium onion that is finely chopped
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 small tomatoes that are finely chopped
1 small head of cabbage (1 pound) that is cut into sizes of a small fist
1/3 tsp of salt
1 and a ½ cups of water
Now that you have all your ingredients ready and prepared, let us go into the actual cooking.
1. Preheat a pan beforehand and then add in the olive oil.
2. When the oil appears to be hot enough, place the finely chopped garlic into the pan.
3. Wait for the garlic to appear a golden brown color.
4. When that is done, place the finely chopped onions into the pan as well.
5. After you have done that, saute the garlic and onion together.
6. After you have finished sauteing the garlic along with the onion, add the finely chopped tomatoes to the mix.
7. Next you will want to add the 2 pounds and 3 ounces of the pork to the pan and then saute the pork.
8. After you have finished with that, add in the 1 and a ½ cups of water to the pan.
9. When you have poured the water into the mix, let it sit there for about 10 minutes.
10. After you have waited for 10 minutes, add in the can of the pork and beans.
There you have it! That's all. 10 easy steps. This recipe for makes approximately 3 to 4 servings.
