Ingredients

Serves 6
2 cups cooked chicken breast, cooled
1lb pasta shells uncooked
2 small granny smith apples
about 25 red seedless grapes
.5 cups Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
.25 cups Honey Mustard
small dash cinnamon
up to 1.5 cups almonds or walnuts (optional)

Prepare chicken
It is best prepare chicken ahead of time. This can be thawed frozen cooked chicken, grilled or baked chicken breasts, or even canned chicken, drained.

Put large pot of water on to boil for pasta
Cook pasta accourding to box instructions, may vary depending on type of pasta chosen, when pasta is done rinse in cold water until pasta is chilled.

Wash and dice apples, set aside
Apple cubes should be about 1/4 inch. Peeling the apples in optional. Discard cores.

wash and slice grapes
Cutting grapes in half will help distribute their flavor in the salad, but if you prefer, grapes can be left whole-- just be sure they are seedless.

Mix Salad dressing, Honey Mustard and Cinnamon
Mix these ingredients together in a large bowl. Pasta and other ingredients will ultimately be added.

Mix in chicken, apples and chilled pasta
Serve.
Tip
to make this a vegetarian dish, leave out the chicken and increase almonds or walnuts to 1-2 cups
