These are the ingredients that you need to have and how they should be prepared prior to cooking.
14 oz of macaroni
9 oz of chicken
16 oz of mayo
1 small onion that has been chopped into small pieces
¼ tsp of black pepper
1 small carrot cut into small cubes (sizes should be 1 inch or smaller)
½ tsp of salt
2 oz of raisins
4 oz of cheese cut into small cubes
1 small potato cut into small cubes (sizes should be 1 inch or smaller)
¼ tsp of salt to boil the macaroni with
¼ tsp of olive oil to boil the macaroni with
1 liter of water to boil the macaroni with
Now that you have all your ingredients ready and prepared, let us go into the actual cooking.
1. In separate pots, boil the diced carrots and the diced potatoes.
2. Next you will want to boil the 1 liter of water. When you have finished with that, put in the ¼ tsp of salt as well as the ¼ tsp of olive oil. Then put in the 14 oz of macaroni. Cook it for 15 to 30 minutes or whatever it says on the packaging. When you are done with that, drain the macaroni and wash it with water. Set it to the side.
3. In a separate pot, boil the 9 oz of chicken in water. After it has been cooked, drain the chicken and then pull small pieces apart with your hands. Set it also to the side.
4. After you have finished with that, you will want to get a container and put in the 14 oz of macaroni, the diced potatoes, the diced carrots, ½ tsp of salt, 2 oz of raisins, 16 oz of mayo, the diced cheese, ¼ tsp of black pepper, onions and the chicken.
5. Mix all the ingredients together well. Then taste it. Add more mayo, salt or pepper if needed.
6. Then put it in the fridge and later it will be ready to be served!
That is all! A nice lunch for the family to enjoy. I hope you like it. It is perfect if you haven't started that diet yet. Bon apetit!
