These are the ingredients needed to make your drinks.
Coconut juice (4 coconuts are to be used and it's best to do this so your drink is at it's freshest state)
2 tbsp of brown sugar or whatever amount you desire
4 tbsp of hot water to be used for the brown sugar
2 to 3 pieces of the coconut meat that has been grated (you can get it from the 4 coconuts you used to get the juice)
Rosewater (also known as rose syrup) and you can purchase this at the store and just choose the amount that you desire
Some rose petals (to make the drink look more presentable) but please make sure to wash it first and organic roses are the best because they have not been sprayed with insecticide
Now that you have all your ingredients in place, let us get started in making the drinks!
1. First you will want to put your coconut juice inside the refrigerator for a bit so it will be cool when you add it in at the end of this recipe.
2. After you have done that task, melt the 2 tbsp of brown sugar in the 4 tbsp of hot water.
3. Next you will want to add in the rosewater to the sugar syrup. Again it is up to you the amount of rosewater that you want. I would suggest tasting it first if you haven't before to gauge how much you want.
4. When you have finished with that, get your coconut juice out of the refrigerator and add it to the sugar syrup and the rosewater. The rosewater will sweeten the coconut juice.
5. Then you will want to add in your grated coconut meat to the rest of the ingredients. Stir everything.
6. Finally it is ready and put some rose petals on top of each drink before they are to be served to your guests.
This recipe will make about 2 to 3 servings. I hope you enjoy it. It's a great sweet drink!
