1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Water
Pinch Salt
5ý Milk
2 cups Whipping cream
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract

Stir in sugar, water, and salt. Cook over medium heat. Stir constantly using a wire whisk until mixture comes to a boil -- about 4-5 minutes.Tip
You can top your cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream or marshmallows. You can also garnish with chocolate shavings, orange peel, cinnamon, or nutmeg. For extra warmth, add 1-2 teaspoons of your favorite liqueur.
