Recognize the Small, Everyday Things Giving You Pimples

You clean your face properly, moisturize, use masks and are a clean person. But you still have pimples. Why? These are the minor problems that you might not realize are still giving your pimples. These things won't give you giant zits, but you will still have tiny red bumps on your face, which is just as annoying. They are everyday things, or habits that are easy to break and will leave your face smooth and clear.

Touching Your Face:

It's so easy; keep your hands off your face! Your fingers and hands carry all sorts of bacteria from objects you might hold, and when you touch your face all the dirt and germs are transferred onto your skin. You're practically inviting pimples onto your skin! Keep your hands away from your face for clear skin. Make sure you're not touching your face out of habit or without realizing.

Dirty Hair:

If you have very oily or dirty hair, think about it. Your hair is right next to your face and all the oil and dirt simply moves onto your face when your hair is down or moving; keeping your oily hair clean is a simple way to keep your face clean too.

Your Pillowcase:

Your pillowcase absorbs all the moisturizer, serum and whatnot your put in your face and hair every night, so it's only common sense that it should be full or germs. And you sleep on your pillowcase every night, so your face is on these germs. Now, washing your pillowcase every night is a bit extreme to me, so I'd recommend washing it at least every week, or switching between two pillowcases and airing the other one out when not in use.

Make Up Brushes:

Much like your pillowcase, if you use your makeup brushes everyday without cleaning them, all the old makeup and germs will be going straight onto your face when you use them again. After using your makeup brushes, wash them in warm soapy water to clean them. If you're short of time, wipe them with those wet antibacterial cloths.

Face Cleanser:

It's obvious that the wrong cleanser can give you pimples, but did you know the right cleanser can too? Not washing it off properly, that is. Residue left over from classing your face is usually around the chin and jawline, irritating your skin and breaking it out. Washing your face in the shower is a great way to make sure all your cleanser is properly rinsed, but if you wash your face over a sink make sure your rinse your face a few times and wipe with a cloth.

If you haven't figured out what's giving you pimples yet, I'm sure that it's one or more of these reasons above. Good luck!
