Recommended Uses of PEX

PEX has so many advantages over the traditional material used for tubing and piping that PEX uses are picking up in variety of industries. PEX is almost synonymous with tubing and piping. Some of the direct benefits of PEX like:

PEX is also well suited for using as a carrier for cold-water service applications. It also finds usage in underground piping, and places where there is no exposure to UV rays. However, PEX isn't normally used in outdoor settings. PEX plumbing systems that are used domestically can reduce the energy consumption of the households significantly. Direct lines can be customized to suite the requirements, hence will further save the time required to wait for the hot water.
