RECOVERY EXERCISE for the POOR, ELDERLY, and SICK by J.E. Ante
THE NO COST PERSONAL HEALTHCARE SYSTEM
pathetic physical mess of an excuse of a human being I have a simple
exercise to reverse whatever troubles you mentally, emotionally,
spiritually, and physically. Walking stairs is the one activity that
builds the leg muscle to sufficient strength to overcome diabetes,
heart disease, depression, overweight, poor immune function, poor
memory, poor digestion, poor sleep, low metabolism and coldness, and just about any other human
ailment you can think of.
It is now known that people with thin thighs are at very high risk for diabetes, depression, and heart
diseases. This is because the largest leg muscles in the thigh burns
large amounts of sugar for the energy of walking or movement. But when
a person is depressed and overweight they do not exercise and they
waste away over time. The metabolic rate of the body lowers
dramatically and so the body uses much less sugar for fuel. Then the
body develops diabetes, depression, and heart diseases from the lowered
metabolic rate and increased sugar load. This ever downward spiral of
lower body metabolism (coldness) and physical activity results in rapid aging and
health deterioration. This is in fact the reality for many people in
our American culture -- premature death and quality of life -- or slow
premature death by physical inactivity.
People need to begin walking stairs in the privacy of their own homes to
overcome this premature aging and death downward cycle. Simple walking
does not strengthen the legs and lungs enough and quickly enough to
show results quickly and dramatically. The major problem is that
people get quickly bored with walking and it takes too much time. But
walking stair quickly tires you out in a few minutes and increases lung
capacity dramatically. So results are the quickest and most dramatic
and you can see and feel results daily and every night with great deep sound sleep.
Walking and running of stairs is the method many high school sports coaches use
to rapidly get their people in shape for their season of sports.
Depressed people will find that they improve so quickly and measurably
each day that they can see daily improvements and so they are given
hope of recovery rapidly and consistently. Depressed people will find
the depression rapidly lessens or disappears after a few days or weeks
time as they continue to exercise. But depressed or elderly people
must make the effort in the first few days time to begin this program
in order to prove to themselves in really works for them.
Simply begin by walking your flight of 10 to 12 stairs at home for as long as
you can as many times per day as you can. Count one flight of stairs
walked up as "one" and one flight of stairs walked down as "one". Walk
slowly at first and until you are at least breathing moderately hard.
Then stop and rest and try again later when the mood and your
self-discipline moves you. Start your new exercise program slowly at
first in the first few days and work up to a greater and greater level
as time allows. With this exercise program you can stay healthy and
active and lead a full quality life by breaking out of the negative
spiral of premature aging, depression and physical inactivity which are
American TV couch potato culture encourages.
Be thankful for the many intense experiences of depression and sickness
your soul or spirit has decided to experience in this lifetime. But
remember this recovery exercise of stairs walking if you truly wish to
end your negative experiences and live again to know joy, love and
greater happiness.
