Recurring Fat

Motivation on Beating the Fat

Jason Cooley
Have you ever gained a bunch of weight, worked your butt off (total pun intended) to lose the weight, and then suddenly gained it all back very quickly? This happens all the time and the reason for this is just something you will have to get used to.

Our fat is made of cells. When you let yourself go the cells expand making you fatter. If you let yourself go too much and you get too big the fat cells will stretch to the point where your fat cells cannot expand anymore so they break apart and multiply creating more fat cells. Increasing your fat cells increases your potential of getting large. You have just changed your body type and from this point on it will be more difficult than ever to lose the weight. That's not to say it can't be done because it can, you'll just have to work harder and expect results slower. Fat is an enemy that can be beaten as long as you have the stronger will.

We are only victims of ourselves. If you don't like the way you look get up and do something about it. The only reason you look how you do is because you have allowed yourself to look that way. Exercise is everywhere so get up and move. There is nothing holding you back except the resistance caused from the fat on your arse which can be used as a benefit since resistance helps you to lose more calories.

The more you weigh the more weight you will lose. A fat person burns way more calories than a thin one because a fat person is doing more work lugging around all that extra weight. You will get tired and that's ok just do SOMETHING that should make you tired and keep track of how long you did that and the next day do it again for a little longer. That's what we call progression. You are not going to get fit in a day but you must work every day to get fit. With the true desire and right plan and attitude you will get what you want. Put in the work and the results will follow no matter how hard it seems it will get easier and when it does push yourself some more. A strong mind will yield a strong body.

NOW STOP READING AND DO SOMETHING!

I can't write this in the third person... I just can't. To do so would make me feel like a douche big enough to accommodate Madonna. My articles are a change of pace from what you can expect anywhere else. M...  View profile
