Recycled Christmas Wreath Crafts

Christmas wreaths are one of my absolute favorite ways to decorate for Christmas. While you may not be able to find free Christmas wreaths, I bet you have some of the materials laying around the house to get started making Free Christmas wreaths you didn't know you had!

Garden Hose Recycled Christmas Wreath Craft

If you have any green rubber garden hoses laying around the house, they really make a fun and wacky wreath for the front door. If you have access to an old vintage garden hose, then try using that! If your garden hose is not green you can always paint it.

Take yoru green rubber garden hose and make a circle, the size you want yoru wreath to be. This should start at one end of the hose. Now, sue some floral wire or twine to tie the garden hoes together to make a circle.

As you coil each later of hose, use spaced out pieces of twine or floral wire to hold the coil together. Continue until you reach the end of the wreath. Try adding the spray nozzle for a little fun!

Finish off your garden hose wreath with a large red bow and you have a welcoming garden theme Christmas Wreath!

Tin Can Christmas Wreath Craft

Whether you use old Coke Cans or Food cans, this is a simple wreath craft project for Christmas.

Lay your empty food cans out and spray paint them green. Once they dry form a circle with them. The cans should be laying on their sides.

Now, use a nail to punch a hole in the end of each can. Thread them all together using some 20 gauge wire or even an old coat hanger formed into a circle.

Add a boss and you have a recycled Christmas wreath craft that is fun and functional!

Card Board Box Christmas tree Wreath Craft

To make this free or almost free Christmas wreath craft project you need to open up a moving box and lay it out flat. Cut out three circles from the box. 1 large, one slightly smaller, and a third even smaller one. Make sure the center circle is the same on each circle.

Now, paint each circle of the wreath green. Let them dry. Now, on the back of the middle circle add some glue. Press it onto the large circle. Repeat using the small circle. Press it onto the middle sized circle.

You have three layers of circles. Use the remaining cardboard to cut out small red berries and a bow. Paint them red and glue them on.

This is a clean lined wreath that is perfect for a front door. Try scalloping the edges of the circles to add more visual interest to the wreath craft project!

Interesting suggestions. These sound like fun projects to do with children.
