FOOD, FOOD & MORE FOOD
The Red Robin menu includes burgers, which are the main staple. Unlike fast food where you get a burger that does not always look like the picture (usually smaller that you thought), Red Robin's burgers look and taste delicious. The burgers are wrapped in paper so it looks like it is "smiling" at you. Hence, their motto: Home of the Smiling Burgers. Of course, you need to specify just how well (or not) you like your meat cooked. My favorite is the Red Robin Bacon Cheeseburger. The best part is that all of their burgers come with bottomless fries, which means free refills.
Another favorite burger I like to try is the Monster Burger and it is a lot of meat (over ½ pound). The burger is very filling. Also, since the burgers are not fast food, it does cost a bit more than your normal Big Mac and fries from McDonald's, but well worth the try. If burgers aren't your thing, the restaurant also offers other selections including soup and salad combination and other entrees such as chicken and seafood dishes. All of the items are tasty and reasonably priced.
If you like shakes, then you may want to try a Monster Shake. I've tried a combination of banana and strawberry. This beverage comes in a large fountain glass, which was nicely blended with a dollop of cream and colorful sprinkles on top. The shake is so large that it comes with an another ½ extra in a separate container.
WHAT ABOUT THE SERVICE?
I have found the service to be fast at Red Robin. When I went out with a co-worker for lunch recently, we received our meals in less than twenty minutes. The restaurant is usually very busy during lunchtime so I am always surprised how quick the service is. Also, I did not have to ask for refills of soda at any time. In fact, the server returned every few minutes to make sure we were okay and to refill our drinks. I thought that I would be "water-logged" by the time that I left the restaurant.
THE WEBSITE
Also, I did happen to view the website www.redrobin.com and signed up for the Red Robin eClub. The membership is free. I continue to receive special offers in the mail, especially during my birthday month for a free burger. I also received surveys from Red Robin to provide input on new burger creations.
If you are interested in a nice, casual atmosphere and try some good food, why not visit Red Robin.

Post a CommentI love their fries. I applied for a hostess job, but because I go to school and don't have open availability and can't sell my soul to them, they won't hire me. But a good friend of mine works there and says it's a nice place to work and that everyone really is friendly.
