Red, White and Blue 4th of July Desserts and Treats

Red White and Blue Angel Food Cake For 4th Of July

1 angel food cake mix (or you can purchase one)
Strawberries
blue berries
1 Large container Cool whip

Take and slice the angel food to make 3 layers.

On each layer spread Cool Whip, sliced strawberries, and blue berries.
Top each layer with another layer of Cool Whip and then the next layer of Angel
Food cake.

Repeat until all layers are done. Cover the top layer with Whip cream and decorate with the
Strawberries, blueberries and a couple small American flags (or you can use the strawberries and blueberries to make
a flag on top of the cake, then use dots of cool whip for the stars, and strips of cool whip between strawberries for the strips.

Refrigerate and serve cold.

(you can also use blue berry pie filling, and layer cool whip, blue berry pie filling, and strawberries, as red white and blue
for the 4th of July.

4th of July Raspberry Jello

1 large box raspberry jello (or any red jello)
1 large container Cool Whip
Blue Berries

Make according to directions on the box. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch pan and chill until set.

Now take and cube the jello, and scoop some into a clear serving bowl, then a layer of
Cool Whip, topped with Jello. Keep layering until you run out of jello, then top with Cool whip.
Decorate the top with blue berries, and small American flags.

Fruit Dessert for 4th of July

Watermelon
Blueberries
Strawberries
Red seedless grapes
Raspberries
Large Container of Cool Whip

(use whatever kind of fruit your family enjoys, but make sure they are red and blue)

You can mix all the berries and fruit together or you can layer with the cool whip.
Or just mix berries and top with Cool whip. What ever you prefer.

You can also make a watermelon basket and fill with the fruits and top with whip cream.

Strawberry short cakes with Blue Berries for 4th of July

You can use angel food cake boughten or purchased.
Cut into slices. Put slices in individual bowls. Top with Cool Whip,
Strawberries and Blueberries. Chill

    Enjoy ladies. Lonnette just pour your jello into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan, or you can also use a jelly roll pan (ya know the cookie sheets with 4 sides. LOL. Hugs Mary

    I'm going to try these for sure because I am a diabetic, and I can use sugar free jello and cool whip. These are terrific! Mary, what is the best way to make those lovely "cubes" of jello? Love you with hugs! Lonnette
