Overview
REDDER tests the adventure skills of users. Basically, a space vehicle has landed on an unknown planet full of robots and other dangerous objects. Your goal is to locate and secure the diamond-shaped objects that may or may not be the fuel source for your space craft.
Explore the new planet to locate the diamonds to complete your mission and escape the planet to freedom.
Scattered throughout the new and unknown planet are flying robots as well as other enemies that may or may not shoot bullets. Touching any enemy objects will cause the virtual character to vaporize. You will then start from the last warp point.
Warp points are in the form of posts that are also scattered throughout the planet. You can activate a warp post by passing through it. Once activated, you can warp back to this same warp post. To do so, click on the M at the bottom right hand side of the screen to open up a menu. Click on the warping option to warp to the last activated warp post. Also, when you are vaporized by an enemy, you will start from this warp point.
The planet is full of passageways and button-triggered doorways. You may need to locate the keys for these doorways in order to pass through and explore more of the planet in order to find all of the diamonds.
You can use the arrow keys to move the virtual character around. Open up the map by pressing M. The menu contains a map that can be used to help you get around the new and unknown planet. You can also warp back to your space vehicle from the menu. As you explore more of this new terrain, the map will expand to show you more so you will not need to memorize where you have been and how to get around.
Also at the bottom of the menu is the number of diamonds you have collected. Collect them all to complete your noble mission.
