RedGage: An Interesting Marketing and Social Networking Tool

Pat Bartels
When I first started my social networking experience it was with MySpace. I found the site too complicated and the individual pages really busy. I haven't been back since I originally signed up. Then along came Facebook. I liked this better. You could get your family members and friends to sign up and share things about your lives. It helps family and friends stay in touch when you might otherwise not be a part of one another's lives. RedGage is termed as a social networking site, but it does things a little differently.

It seems that social networking is evolving in another direction. We see sites like RedGage where people can connect and share ideas, thoughts, photos and common interests. This site is where you can create links to content that you might have on another site, like Assoiated Content, and enhance your earnings. Not only will you make money on Associated Content when a persons clicks through to your article, but you also make money when they click through from RedGage.

Another thing besides links that you can provide to your other published content is a feature where you can upload your favorite photos and make money when viewers look at your photos. This is another form of passive income that you can make. Now that most of us have digital cameras, you probably have a lot of digital photos on your computer that have the potential of making you a little money. You definitely aren't going to be able to make enough money to give up your regular job, but it will be fun to play around with.

I never thought that I would enjoy a community of individuals that I don't know personally. That is precisely what RedGage and Twitter do. These sites bring together people from all over the world into online communities where they can interact. If you provide published content through different sites like eHow, associated content, and factoidz, then you will be able to provide links through RedGage which will help you with marketing your content. Redgage is another tool that can be very valuable in helping with your marketing tasks because you can consolidate some of your efforts, saving you some time. Everything can be combined in one place. When you publish your links you can also allow RedGage to use your Twitter account to broadcast the content that you load on the Redgage site.

I like the fact that there are sites like Facebook where you can keep information that you don't want the entire world to view. I also enjoy using RedGage and Twitter where I get the chance to hear views and concerns from around the globe. Where you can have the opportunity to make a little money, market your content from other sites, and get to know new people. It will be interesting to see what comes of social networking as more and more people continue to take an interest in this type of online experience. RedGage is a different type of social networking site. It will be interesting to see how this concept progresses. Oh, and did I mention that's it free to use? Check it out here for yourself.
