Serves 2
2 lbs Bologna - whole unsliced
1 can Beer
1 cup Bourbon - Jack Daniels preferred
1 cup Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Onion Powder

Directions for Redneck Bologna Roast with Gourmet Beer and Burbon Sauce

Prepare and Season Bologna
Remove any outer plastic wrap that isn't the "skin". Cut bologna in half lengthwise and dry rub the "flat sides" with the chili powder, garlic powder and onion powder. Then spread mustard on top and bottom sides of both pieces of bologna.

Pour Burbon and Beer in Oven Pan, Put Bologna in Face Down and Cook
Mix the beer and bourbon in an oven pan, place both halves of the bologna in flat side down and cook in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.

Slice and Seve
Slice and serve the bologna in the bourbon beer sauce and serve with a few more cold beers
Tip
For best results, add 1 extra beer and a double shot of Jack Daniels for the cook.
