Based in small town Kentucky, Jolie Russell was raised by her widowed father, working on the family tobacco farm, and struggling to make ends meat. One day Cody Dean knocks on their door offering her and her father a multimillion-dollar deal to buy their farm from them. He was to put up a subdivision. When Jolie and her father accept Cody moves them into the first house built in the subdivision, Copper Creek Estates. Jolie soon finds out her country ways are not what fits into the Country Club and afternoon tea, high society ways. When Jolie's dog gets lose and causes a huge seen at an afternoon high class party that ends with Jolie falling with the cake, she teams up with Brett Dean the brother of her long time crush Cody Dean to have etiquette lessons with her father.
When it turns out Ms Abigail Marksberry, who comes out to teach etiquette lessons is the one learning how to relax and Jolie's housekeeper Carletta quickly becomes one of her best friends, personal shopper and personal assistant what will to community think of her now? How will she ever be ready for the Cottonwood Ball at the end of the summer?
One thing leads to another as she tries catch Cody's attention by turning her 'redneck' ways around and fitting into the high society. As these two worlds collide you can't help but wonder, can you take the Redneck out of the girl?

LuAnn McLane is widely known for her 'Southern Fried books'. Her books take a great story and put a southern country twist on them. Her writing style is so easy to read and you can tell she really enjoying writing the books. The characters are so colorful and vivid. She loves to have fun with the story and so many times threw out her books you can catch yourself laughing out loud and Redneck Cinderella is no different.
