This kicked up eggnog is great for Christmas, New Year's Eve or any time. Warning: Do Not Give To Grandmas or Reindeer on Christmas Eve!

Ingredients

Serves 10
12 eggs - extra large
1/2 gal vanilla ice cream
1 cup Jack Daniels ... or other good bourbon whiskey
1 cup Southern Comfort
2 cups dark rum
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 tbsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp honey
1 tbsp nutmeg - powdered or ground
1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions for Redneck Eggnog

Mix All Ingredients in Bowl
Using a hand mixer or stick "motor boat" blender, mix eggs, ice cream, sugar, vanilla, honey, nutmeg and cinnamon until smooth and creamy. Add Jack Daniels, Southern Comfort and Dark Rum. Mix and Taste. Add more booze as needed.

Serve in Punch Bowl
Serve in s large punch or chip bowl. If you have no big bowls, pour into empty whiskey bottles, cap and store in refrigerator and serve by the glass. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
