Redskins Invade Philadelphia

On Monday Night Football

A Classic Game

The game represents the first time quarterback Donovan McNabb will lead the Washington Redskins against the Eagles in Philadelphia. This happens every year, the Redskins invade Philadelphia and take on the Eagles in one of the greatest rivalries in professional sports. The games look more like a great battle in a real war than a football game. Of course, the Eagles return the favor and invade Washington once a year to do battle with the Redskins.

After Jim Zorn failed as the Head Coach of the Washington Redskins, Mike Shanahan was brought in to lead the Redskins to glory. This is an important game and it will give us a good indication of where both teams are in their rebuilding programs. We should begin to see if Donovan McNabb is the next John Elway and has what it takes to win a Superbowl under Coach Shanahan.
