Weight control or over weight is a major headache for most of the world population. Food habits, life style, junk food, sedentary jobs, unusual and irregular eating habits all cause obesity and all kinds of health hazards. Health statistics by a survey found more than 60% of world population has some kind of cardiovascular problems, diabetics, high blood pressure, and sopondalitysis due to life style and lack of exercise. To cure all ailments and to have healthy and peaceful life practice Yoga.

Change your life style, wake up early in morning so that you can have fresh air to breathe and fresh oxygen too. Have your natural calls and bath then dress in loose clothes and prepare yourself for Yoga. Most important for humans is breathing, so Pranayam is a breath control Yoga. Remember while doing Pranayam close your eyes and think that all good things you inhale and while exhale you are dumping all bad things out of you. Sit straight; keep the neck and head absolutely straight. If a person cannot sit on floor due to some reasons then you can sit on a chair. The body should be stable and spine should be straight. Control over Respiration or Pranayam arouses the internal energy of a person and makes him healthy, balanced and active.

Bhastrika: Take deep breathes and fill the lungs with air and then exhale. Take deep breath but do not fill the air in the stomach. Air should be filled up to the diaphragm. Inhale deeply and exhale completely so that the lungs become free of air. Do not stop the breath. This is one step. Repeat in this manner several times. However, the patients of high blood pressure and heart patients should do it slowly. During this breathing exercise, imagine that you are throwing all the disorders present in your body. The mind is becoming pure and pious. Practice pranayam from three to five minutes.

Kapalbhati: Kapalbhati you take deep air, fill air in lungs and exhale rythymatically once for every one second. Every one minute 60 exhaling to be done. Do not pay attention on inhaling. While exhaling the stomach is pulled inside which reduces fat. Make the process fast and repeat it for five to ten minutes. Every ten minutes it is said you'll reduce 0.5 gms. Imagine that the diseases and mental thoughts are being overcome.

Bahiya pranayam: Keep the hands on the knees; bend the chin and try to touch the upper portion of the chest and the chest should be stretched. The stomach muscles should be pulled inside.

The muscles of groin area should also be pulled inside. Then breathe out completely like Kapalbhati. Imagine that the disorders are going out of the body while breathing out. The time taken for each repetition is 15 seconds and this should be done for at least three minutes.

Anulom-Vilom: Close the right nostril with the right thumb and breathe in from left nostril. Then close the left nostril with the middle finger and breathe out from right nostril. Breathe in and breathe out completely and deeply. Imagine that the divine energy is coming inside you and the disorders present in the body are going out of the body. Begin from five minutes and increase the duration up to 15 minutes. This will help you to reduce stress and tension. This is very important as lungs are purified by intake of oxygen. Time taken for Kapalbhati and Bahya pranayam , the same time to be done for Anulom-Vilom.

Make it a point to do the above exercise every day and you can have healthy life and also you can reduce weight. Have meditation everyday to have peace and will improve concentration. If you do Yoga everyday you will have good health and will reduce stress. Through Yoga you can cure many diseases .
