Reducing Acne

Acne is one of the problems that most people don't like because it creates a lot of social obstruction. Acne can make a person shy away from social situations and dating scenes. There are ways that you can help to reduce your acne and start living your life better. Acne happens to anyone but it's more common with certain individuals such as teenagers growing out of puberty and people from Eastern countries.

Acne can be pass on by genetics too. Acne happens to teenagers growing out of puberty because their hormones are developing fast during this period and can give them acne. This is very true with teenage girls. Acne happens to many people from Asia such as Vietnam. My entire uncle family had really severe acne. I also know a lot of Vietnamese friends with severe acne. The reason is because people that lived in Vietnam have very poor health and ended up with hepatitis, one of the cause of acne. When your liver is not doing a good job at filtering toxins, the toxins release itself through your pores channels such as your face pores. There is a large percentage of people that have hepatitis in Vietnam because of poor health care.

Acne is caused by toxins inside of your body trying to release itself. You have acne because you have a bad liver or your body is not getting rid of its toxins as effectively. If the toxins is not being clear out by proper method then it will find places such as your face or your back to escape your body. Acne can disappear by themself after you have reach a certain age. I have observed that some people's acne disappear when they're around 35 years of age or when they have intimate relations with their partner. The reason why acne disappear after you hit a certain age could be that by that age your hormones are different and they are not out of control as when you're 15 years old. Hormones play a big factor in the creation of acne. The intimate contact could help with the hormones control and in turn reducing your acne.

You can try to reduce your acne by going to the doctor and have your liver tested. The doctor would be able to tell you if your liver is filtering all of its toxins or not. If not they can prescribe some liver medications for you to take and that will help your liver to function better and in turn reducing your acne. You have to remember that poor liver function is the number cause of acne. The next thing that you can do is to wait and be patient until your puberty age is over. Time is important when it comes to overcoming your acne. Time will allow the acne phase to heal. I have seen it first hand that most of my cousins' acne heal by the time they get marry.

Another thing that you can do is try to clean out your colon. Cleaning out your body can reduce toxins and help reduce your acne. Toxins are the number one cause of acne. You should try anything that you can do to your body to reduce your toxins. Green tea is a good herb to help with your acne. Many people have admitted that green tea help them with their acne. Green tea stop cancer cells from growing and it could also stop some of your acne cells from doing more damages. You have to give green tea a try. You can avoid certain food that tends to worsen your acne. This is different with everyone. You can try a blood cleansing pill. Cleaning your blood of bad toxins and bacteria can help a lot with your acne. You should drink plenty of water to flush out your toxins and to hydrate your cells.
