Reese Witherspoon and LeAnn Rimes have proof that diamonds are a girl's best friend. Both celebrities became engaged over the holidays and they have 4 and 5 diamond carat rings, respectively, to prove it.

Witherspoon is now engaged to Jim Toth, 40, who gave the Oscar-winning actress a 4-carat Ashoka diamond ring that is set on a pave diamond and platinum band. People's Stylewatch published a picture of what Witherspoon's ring looks like which was produced by William Goldberg Diamond Corporation.

Eve Goldberg, co-owner of the jewelry business, told People that "It's a very elegant cut and it has an old feel to it." Goldberg added that the Ashoka stones are very rare. Click here for more on William Goldberg Diamond Corporation.

LeAnn Rimes was given a 5-carat oval diamond set in rose gold fleur-de-lis which is connected to the band by fiancé Eddie Cibrian. The ring was designed with help from Cibrian's childhood friend Brent Polacheck of Polacheck Jewelers (Click here to view Polacheck's website.)

Reese Witherspoon was married to Ryan Phillipe for seven years until they separated and divorced in 2008. LeAnn Rimes was married to Dean Sheremet while Eddie Cibrian was married to Brandi Glanville when Rimes and Cibrian met and fell in love on the set of Lifetime's Northern Lights in 2009. Both Rimes and Cibrian divorced their spouses in order to be with each other.
