Packaging
They have stuck to the traditional milk carton packaging that the Whoppers candies have been packaged in for years, but with a new color scheme. The colors associated with this product are orange, yellow, and beige. The package I bought came in a smaller 3.5 ounce carton, which also the original Whopper candies can be found in the same packaging. I did not see the Reese's Peanut Butter Whoppers packaged in any bigger size cartons, but that does not mean that this product does not come in any larger sized packages. The size and color of the package are very attractive, and these features helped draw me to the product.
Size and Shape
The size and shape of this product, Reese's Peanut Butter Whoppers, are the same as the original Whopper candy. The size and shape of this candy is similar to that of a marble or little ball. The size is perfect for allowing multiple Whoppers to be picked up and eaten at the same time; but this aspect of the candy can either be a good or bad one because they are so easy to eat and are incredibly addictive.
Taste
The taste of this product has changed tremendously from that of a regular Whopper candy. The Reese's Peanut Butter Whoppers have a strong peanut buttery taste, which is very similar to that of a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. In my opinion, these little candies taste delicious, but at the same time I love the taste of the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup; so I would probably not recommend this candy to anyone that does not like the taste of a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, because if you do not that candy you will not like this particular candy. Also, if you are expecting these particular peanut buttery Whoppers to taste like the original Whopper candies, I would like to inform you now that they do not taste the same. The only aspects of the Reese's Peanut Butter Whoppers and the original Whoppers are that they have the same size, shape, and they come in the same packaging.
Price
The price for a package of the Reese's Peanut Butter Whoppers is the same price of the original Whoppers, which is around one dollar per package. I have even seen them for cheaper prices at various grocery and drug stores. The cheaper price is due to the fact that it is a relatively new product and new to the market, so the Hershey Company is trying to entice people to buy it and try the product. The product, Reese's Peanut Butter Whoppers, comes in a relatively small package, but since Whoppers are a small candy a lot come in a package; which in my opinion is a great deal. I definitely recommend that everyone try this product, not only because it does not cost much, but because the Reese's Peanut Butter Whoppers are just so delicious.
Next time you are out shopping and are getting are at the checkout counter and you see the Reese's Peanut Butter Whoppers out of the corner of your eye, I strongly recommend that you pick them up, thrown them in your cart, and make the purchase. You definitely will get your monies worth, and who knows? You may find your new favorite candy!
