Regis Philbin’s Last Week on Live with Regis and Kelly
Live with Regis and Kelly is a morning tv talk show hosted by Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa. Early in 2011, Regis Philbin announced that he will be retiring from the popular show. Monday November 14 will begin Regis Philbin's last week on Live with Regis and Kelly.
Regis Philbin's last week on Live with Regis and Kelly promises to be filled with clips from of Philbin's greatest shows as well as his favorite memories on air.
Many guests have appeared over the years, but favorite guests who will be a part of Regis Philbin's last week on Live with Regis and Kelly have been announced:
Monday - Don Rickles and Jimmy Fallon
Tuesday - Donald Trump and Tony Bennett
Wednesday - David Letterman and Bret Michaels
Thursday - Kathie Lee Gifford (the original co-host of the show) and Josh Groban
What about Friday November 18, Philbin's last day on the show? Producers of Live with Regis and Kelly have only announced that Friday will include musical tributes and surprises for Philbin.
Who will take over for Regis Philbin? Although a replacement has not been announced as of yet, speculation has included the names of Jerry Seinfeld, Ryan Seacrest, Andy Cohen, Mark Consuelos (Kelly Ripa's husband), Jeff Probst, Anderson Cooper, Mario Lopez, Mark Steines, Donnie Osmond, Cameron Mathison, Carter Oosterhouse and Mike Rowe. The show's producers have stated that the show will be guest hosted until a decision can be made.
Tune in at 9 am from Monday November 14 through Friday November 18 for Regis Philbin's last week on Live with Regis and Kelly.
