A limited partnership is registered by filing a Certificate of Limited Partnership. The fee is $50 and there is no online option for filing this form. A limited partnership must file an annual report by May 1st. The fee for filing the annual report is $15.
To register a limited liability partnership you must file an Application for Qualification of Limited Liability Partnership. The fee is $50 and there is no online option. A limited liability partnership must file an annual report and pay the $15 fee by April 1st.
A limited liability limited partnership must file an Application for the Registration of Limited Liability Limited Partnership. This application must be notarized and the fee is $50. A limited liability limited partnership must file an annual report and pay the $15 fee by May 1st.
To register a limited liability company you must file the Articles of Organization. You can file online or use the printed form for Articles of Organization for Limited Liability Company. The fee is $45 if you file online and $50 if you file a printed form.
A limited liability company is subject to an annual franchise tax in Arkansas. In order to receive the annual franchise tax reporting form, the Limited Liability Company Franchise Tax form must be filed. The annual franchise tax for a limited liability company is $150. You can file online or obtain a form to file on paper using the Franchise Tax Filing option on the Arkansas Secretary of State website. This tax is due by May 1st.
