Each chapter of the book has exercise to help women look deep within themselves, discover who they are, and explore their needs and desires. With titles such as , Silence! The queen is thinking, sister Heba looks deep within everyone and her ability to motivate and strengthen those around her , but constantly looking down on herself with the addition of negative talk. If we were to look at the positive, and use of experiences s learning opportunities and move forward we could move on, but staying in the negative, is like struggling in quick sand.
The book is short and sweet, perfect for a book club or sisters halaqah. I recommend it for our young sisters today, inshallah it will inspire and motivate them and cut the cycle of the negative things that seem to hold women back today.
