They speak of laws
They speak of belief
They speak of practices
They speak of belief
They speak of practices
They speak without love
They seek to catch the blood
They seek to bottle His sacrifice
They seek to contain His love
They speak with pride
They speak with hypocrisy
They speak with the slick tongue of the devil
The faithful act in love
The faithful speak with concern
The faithful know their sins
The faithful repent of their hipocrisies
The faithful seek to be like Him
The faithful rebuke their own pride
The faithful seek His forgiveness
The faithful find it
The religious love the world
The faithful love the Lord

Post a CommentThank you Brett, for making that distinction...I do enjoy your inspirational poems.
Please be aware that when I use the word religion, I am talking about people like the pharisees, people who are very religious but have forgotten what Christianity is all about, a personal relationship with God. I am not condemning organized religion.
