On October 1, 1993, Universal Pictures released For Love Or Money. The film starred Michael J. Fox and Gabrielle Anwar. It only grossed around $11,000,000 domestically.

In it, Fox's character, Doug, must choose between the girl he charms and the money that her boyfriend is offering him to finance a dream project. The boyfriend of the girl Doug falls head over heels for is also the man who is offering to finance Doug's dream project, an exclusive hotel! It's a romantic comedy, was directed by popular filmmaker, Barry Sonnenfeld and came at the end of a series of films that showcased Fox in the lead role. No doubt Anwar's portrayal of Donna in Scent of A Woman the year before landed her this gig. She is famous for tangoing with Colonel Frank Slade!
