Reminds Me of My Smoking Friends

A lung that coughs with smoke and cancer traces
The lonely saddening look on relatives faces
The giant smoke rings --
These foolish things remind me of you.

A halo round your head of great proportion
Made from cigarettes Oh what a notion!
These foolish things such -
Such foolish things remind me of you.

I came I saw and did the same
It happened long ago it was the same old game
And then I quit -that was so enticing
And took to eating cake with chocolate icing
and now I'm fat - what about that Reminds me of you.
