Mistakes: Stand Up to the Consequences
But I just don't know where to start
I know you made a mistake
But you really broke my heart
I really have forgiven you
So don't take it the wrong way
But remembering what you did to me
Forgive me when i tell you this, but I just cant trust you the same
When I found out about what you did
I felt like the whole world came crashing down
That got me thinking...all those times that you said you loved me
Did you really meant what you said?
You did it not once, but two times
And I still took you back
When you got on your knees and I saw those tears in your eyes
I said to myself " He really means it I should leave it alone
Start fresh and forget about the past"
But despite my efforts, whether you messed with those girls or not
In the back of my mind there will always be a doubt
I trusted you with my body, soul, mind, and heart
And for what? Just so you can tear me apart
