Removing Scratches from Apple MacBook or iPod Nano

If you own an Apple MacBook then you have probably found out that this is a great computer, the problem is that it tends to get very dirty because of the color of the MacBook. I own a white MacBook, but I do have friends that own the black MacBook version and it gets just as dirty. One of the big problems with these MacBook computers is that they are made of plastic on the exterior of my computer. This is also the part that is most exposed when you are using the computer or lugging it around at a café. If you use this MacBook then you will find the exterior of the computer will develop a ton of scratches and dirty regardless of what you actually do. Many people also find that the keyboard and track pad get very dirty and this can be removed with a simple wipe or just using soap and water on a cotton ball. You will need to make sure that you don't get water or soap in between the keys in order the clean the keys off. Most people want to know how to remove scratches from the exterior of the MacBook and I have found the answer to this question by spending a lot of time and money.

You can remove the scratches from the top of the MacBook by using toothpaste and applying it directly to a piece of cotton. You then need to scrub the top of the MacBook in order to buff out the scratches. This will take about 20 minutes of time and you will need to wipe the computer down with a wet paper towel once this is done. After that, go over the top with a dry paper towel and let it rest for about three hours. If you spend enough time and scrub hard enough then you will remove the scratches.

I have also used Novus polish kit to remove light scratches on the cover of my friends MacBook Pro. I find that Novus is more effective on light scratches and the toothpaste method is more effective on deeper scratches. I was also about the remove scratches from my old iPod Nano using Novus polish kit and I suggest you try this. If you need to remove scratches from a MacBook, MacBook Pro or iPod Nano then using both of these methods will remove surface and deep scratches from your Apple product.
