Tudor Rose Renaissance Faire - Located approximately 10 miles south of little Rock in Wrightsville, Arkansas. This fair will be open the weekend of September 15th - 16th from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm. Parking will be free. Tickets will be $8.00 for adults, $6.00 for military & seniors, and children will be admitted free. Camping will be available on-site for $5. This fair's time period will be King Henry VIII of the early 1500's, Tudor England. Those wishing to attend in costume must keep weapons sheathed or piece tied. Highlights of the fair will include a Human Chess Game and the Little Rock Zoo's Wild Wonders show. North West Arkansas Renaissance Festival - Located approximately 30 miles south of Bentonville in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This medieval fantasy themed fair will be held October 27th - 28th from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Tickets will be $5 for adults, and free for children 12 and under with an adult. No alcohol will be sold or permitted. Exciting jousting, bold pirate comedy, exotic belly dancing, and enchanting Irish music are just a few of the shows visitors can enjoy. Kids will have fun with storytelling and pony rides. Vendors will be offering finely crafted wares including weapons, armor, clothing, jewelry, wands, staffs, leather goods, and more. Greater Saint Louis Renaissance Faire - Located approximately 95 miles east of Jefferson City in Wentzville, Missouri. This French renaissance themed fair will be held weekends May 19th - June 10th, including Memorial Day from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Parking is free. Adult tickets will be $12, senior and student tickets will be $9, kids ages 6 - 12 will be $6.00 and children ages 5 and under will be admitted free. Passes will be available. Those wishing to dress up must keep weapons sheathed and peace-tied. They will have a special Student Day on Friday May 18th from 9:00 am - 2:30 pm. Gourmet coffees and handmade ice cream will entice visitors as they stroll through the grounds. Artisans will be selling appealing instruments, art, toys, weapons, jewelry, clothing, and more. White Hart Renaissance Faire - Located approximately 65 miles east of Springfield in Hartville, Missouri. This fair will be held weekends June 23rd - July 8th from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm on Saturday and 10:00 am - 6:00 pm on Sunday. Parking will be free. Tickets will be $10.00 for adults; $8.00 for seniors, students ages 13-17, and Military with ID; $5.00 for kids ages 6 - 12, and free for children under 6 years old. Passes will be available. Those who wish to dress in period costume will be required to keep weapons sheathed and peace-tied. There will be 6 stages of continuous shows in addition to strolling musicians and villagers to entertain visitors. Tempting aromas from various exotic foods and beverages will entice attendees.
