The Local Grocery Chain Spruced Up Its State Street Store

Cosmetically, the grocery store received a complete face-lift. New flooring, check out counters and nice stonework near the front of the store are the most noticeable. Also, all of the refrigerated foods have brand new cases with bright lighting.
The salad bar was expanded and moved into the center of the aisle near the deli section. The wide salad selection is now paired with a hot soup counter featuring four homemade soups. The chili is surprisingly good!
The prepared food counter in the deli was also expanded. Besides the usual offerings of hot items such as fried chicken and macaroni and cheese, there is now a selection refrigerated homemade items such as chicken parmigiana and potato pancakes ready to take home.
You may need a little extra time on your next trip to Potash Brothers because many items were moved around. This small inconvenience is well worth having a spruced up market in the neighborhood.
