They offered us extra insurance, which we did take since Oklahoma has so many tornadoes. They delivered the merchandise to our house. They do not give you a particular time, they just show up whenever. The majority of their deliveries are in the afternoon and evenings. They did a good job on delivery, but they actually broke a mirror that was outside on my porch. I noticed one of the guys step on it, but at the time I wasn't worried about it. It was just an accident.
I was satisfied with the products; we paid our payments on time. The one time we didn't make a payment on time, they called us more than 10 times in one day! We had an emergency and forgot completely about it. We got home and there were a ton of calls from them and messages on the answering machine. We called them and told them we'd be in Monday to take them a payment, they insisted that someone stop by and pick up the payment that day. We agreed and the delivery people came and took our payment. I did not agree with the fact that they didn't even have a receipt book. They just wrote it on a piece of paper. If this is common practice they should carry a receipt book.
I was satisfied with the service so when I wanted to get a new computer I went to them. We bought a used one because we were reassured that there was nothing wrong with it. Well to my dismay it crashed and locked me completely out. I had to take it back and have them redo it. I got it back; it did the same thing again. I let them try it one more time. The third time it crashed and locked me out I called them and told them that we were bringing it back. They asked why and I told them that it was because I wasn't keeping a computer that I couldn't do anything with. They tried to tell me that it was locking me out because of the antivirus I installed. I knew it wasn't because I know a lot about computers. It was locking me out after 30 days because they were using a bootleg copy of Windows Vista, so it couldn't be activated.
After this I never got anything from them again. We paid off our merchandise and will never shop through them again!!!
