Help Report Those Who Park Illegally in a Handicapped Parking Spot
In most states, if you have a legitimate handicapped card, license plate or sticker, you can park in the areas designated for the handicapped. BUT it's illegal to borrow someone's sign and use it without the disabled person (who owns it ) in your car. If someone has died that had a handicapped parking sign, and you use it, it's also illegal.
Maureen Birdsall started this website after witnessing a woman in a red Corvette take a parking space that was marked for the handicapped. She was just about to take that parking spot for herself when the woman took it. The parking spot was outside a hospital in Walnut Creek, California. Maureen was taking her disabled, 92 year old grandfather to the hospital.
If you see a handicapped parking violator, record their sticker number and the number of their license plate. Go to the website www.handicappedfraud.org and post the information. Maureen also has some post it type notes you can leave on their car. They simply say : "You've been reported at Handicapped Fraud.org". These post it notes are free. Go to the website and get yours now! Maureen sends the reported violator information to the DMV. This takes you out of a personal confrontation.
One thing to keep in mind is that we cannot always physically see the handicap of an individual. My mother was given a handicapped sign to put on her rear view mirror after suffering a heart attack and being diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Looking at her you would never know her condition.

If you can walk around the grocery store then why do you need a handicapped sticker to park there????????????? FREELOADER!
My neighbors father passed away 6 months ago. The handicapped sticker on their car was for him. The father did not drive for the last 5 years of his life. They still use the sticker, parking in handicapped spaces and the local police DON'T ticket them for calender parking BECAUSE OF THE STICKER!!! Their son always drives the vehicle, handicapped? I don't think so...shovels, mows, trims trees, works on car. Our system stinks!!!
what about a sticker used by family members after handicapped person has passed away?
I observe a non-disabled neighbor park in a spot thatis for disabled husband while husband park at other locations. I was glad I found this site. I have been reporting the abuse for sometime, but nothings done.

there is a person in here that has shown a handicapped card and has been allowed to have a cart. I know someone who has a handicapp license in her car (to hang on her rear view mirror). There is nothing wrong with her. Am I able to send in the tag to find out if its even in her name?
I have a employee that abuses the handicap space, he has a sticker for his mirror, I believe ther is a doctor that signs for it. he ahs no trouble walking walks fine carries heavy objects work 8 to 10 hrs. a day. there is defently fraud here. I am not sure who else to report it to, there must be a doctor that falfafies the docoment.
