Resolute Commercial Services Launches Dallas Office

Resolute Commercial Services, a Scottsdale-based real estate receivership company, has expanded its presence in the southwest with the opening of a location in Dallas. The office will be under the direction of Roger D. Wyche, senior managing director.

Wyche is an 18-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry and has been involved in various capacities including Broker, CMBS Lender and Underwriter of CMBS B-Piece Bonds and FDIC loan pools.

"The opening of this office allows us to expand our reach even further in the Southwest and offers the opportunity to fully engage with the CMBS marketplace in Texas. Roger's experience in the area allows us to immediately understand the culture and mechanics of this growing marketplace," said Jeremiah Foster, principal.

Wyche, a Coppell resident, has a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of North Texas in Denton and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesmen. He is a board member of The Rays of Light Organization which supports parents of special needs children.

Resolute Commercial Services was founded in 2008 by Jeremiah Foster and John Mitchell.
