One Year Later...

How does it feel to be at one? How does it feel to be so still?

How does it feel to know you've already won-

every battle, every obstacle and now every dream is really real

How does it feel to be nonchalant about

All things petty because you've successfully overcome a lot?

Inspiration through fatalities created our progressive mentalities

things in the past left in the past create a joyful beginning

what a feeling to break the glass ceiling!

How does it feel to evolve? Isn't it wonderful to resolve-

any problem, every issue -no need for tissues

except when friends make you laugh so hard that you start to cry

a few trying moments... that -we can't deny

but strength and faith allows us to move mountains-eventual champions

that love unconditionally...and are loved unconditionally

realistically, masters of our own destinies

original creators of our own recipes traveling in our own journeys

producing sweet desirable outcomes... and that is exactly how come

we had a wonderful new year with lessons to share

As proactive women we understood that focusing on our own problems helped us repair.....and grow

removing layers- recapturing our inner souls

we changed with change leading us back to a soft place

blooming lotus flowers in a sparkling new vase

the abolition of pointless things & material things-such structure it brings

The adoption of a minimalist concept last February

brings us a vibrant and awesome new January

still rising, still here, unbreakable and oh-so remarkable

good and wonderful is how it feels..Aferall
