Ressurection of a Phoenix

One Word Most Cliched yet Most Empowering: Friendship

mimpi
You have offered
Some cadaveric moments
Absorbing into purple ashes
Of some do not exist kinda state

And then a skyful of ecstasy
Some absolute, honest bliss
And, I, a reborn gold phoenix of spring,
Offer you my gratitude.

You have given me friends.

I was reading through my friends' articles and feeling very sorry for not being able to read theirs for a while and guess what, Janet, my ever lovely friend with amazing green fingers, an empathizing heart and a traveloque in herself, came up with!

Thank you Janet. You have been beautiful.
