Tres Margaritas location on 8th Avenue makes it very convenient to the local college students. This is very close to the University of Northern Colorado campus, so whether students live on or near campus, this restaurant is a good dining option.
Aside from providing students with a good alternative to dorm food, this restaurant provides much needed employment opportunities. Students in Greeley now have another option for working off campus without having to commute much.
Tres Margaritas isn't in a very ritzy area of town, but it isn't located in a slum either. The atmosphere here was very fun - amidst a good crowd, mariachi music played in the background.
Patrons of this restaurant can expect typical menu items - fajitas, burritos, quesadillas, etc. The food is good and offers a variety of beef or chicken options. The food has enough spice to be tasty, but isn't loaded up to the point that those with sensitive mouths won't enjoy it.
My favorite part of eating at any Mexican restaurant is the obligatory chips and salsa at the beginning of the evening. I'm not sure if it was a coincidence the chips had just been prepared, or if they do this for everyone, but when I ate at Tres Margaritas the chips came to my table warm. Yum!
You can't have a name like Tres Margaritas without serving margaritas. This restaurant has some pretty good ones, featuring over 100 kinds of tequila. There are, of course, menu options for those that don't like tequila (other mixed drinks and soda).
As with any sit down restaurant, you can expect to spend more than you would at a fast food place. However, you won't blow the budget at this place. Most entrees are near $10.
Service at 3 Margaritas is pretty good. The servers seem to know the difference between being attentive and overbearing. Sometimes when restaurants get very busy, the servers let it show that they feel rushed, but that isn't the case here.
Eating at Tres Margaritas, or Three Margaritas, in Greeley, Colorado was fun. I had never heard of the restaurant before, and wish I could go more often. The restaurant offers good food at reasonable prices, which is a plus for anyone, as far as I'm concerned.

Post a Commenti can write like a 3rd grader too. there are two reasons for this. i can use commas and i can make general blanket statements. this is good because it makes me sound stupid.
I wish we had one around here.
