I noticed service personnel attending to the buffet several times every few minutes. Once seated, the head waiter greats you and explains Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse Raleigh, NC.
Wait Staff and Menu at Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse Raleigh, NC
The wait staff was professional. There was even a head waiter who came to our table, introduced himself and our waitress. He explained if we had any concerns, to seek him out personally. We didn't have to seek his assistance due to our waitress being focused on our wants and needs. She timed every visit to our table with pure precision, as to not interrupt our dining experience.
The menu is cut and dry with no frills. Our waitress explained there were three different packages for lunches. The Silver included the appetizer bar, and an all inclusive salad bar. The Gold included all aspects of the Silver as well as select rodizio meats (garlic steak, sausage, bacon wrapped filet, and chicken). The Platinum consists of the Silver and Gold packages as well as the full selection of rodizio meats (Picanha beef, top sirloin, chicken legs, and pork ribs).
Lunch at Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse Raleigh, NC
We chose the Gold package. We turned our coaster over to green and started our lunch at the appetizer bar. The bar included items such as couscous with dried cranberries and almond slivers, barbeque meatballs, and bowtie pasta salad. A second trip consisted of fresh garden salad and soup. The appetizer bar was enough for a meal, but we saved room for the Steak Theater â„¢.
When we returned to the table, we were greeted by the "gauchos" carrying large skews of garlic steak, sausage, bacon wrapped filet, and chicken. One by one they played the meat onto our plate. Once we had our fill, we turned our coaster over to red. If we wanted more, all we had to do was turn our coaster back to green.
