She lived on a farm and learned all those wonderful southern food cooking recipes and techniques. I make this recommendation because you cannot just go to any southern cooking restaurant because many people just don't do it justice! However, Charles Southern Style Kitchen helps to give Southern Cooking a continued good name!

This is kind of a whole in the wall place, but many times those are the best ones.

They really don't do much to add a theme or make you feel like you are in the South; everything is just plain. Also, you will not be served anything because they do things buffet style! That does not bother me, but most people like to be served, but you will not find that here.
