China King Buffet is located in the Kroger Shopping Center at Dover Crossing in Clarksville, Tennessee. The restaurant looks small from the outside; however, when you enter the restaurant you will find the dining area roomy and comfortable. With décor in a Chinese theme and oriental music softly playing over the speakers, the restaurant gives has an air of authenticity.

Boasting of two hot foods buffets and one cold food buffet the restaurant offers scores of items that will appeal to everyone in your family. You can opt to order from the menu; however, the buffet gives you the best deal for your money.

Stuffed crab legs are a favorite of my husband, we have visited several Chinese buffets, but China King is the only one that offers these tasty little treats. If you have never had these, the best way I can describe them is as a mini crab leg, breaded, stuffed with delicious seasonings and deep-fried to a golden brown. A favorite of mine is the crab stuffed won-tons, some restaurants call these Crab Rangoon's, some call them crab wontons. They have a cream cheese and powdered sugar filling and are deep-fried. For those who like sushi, fresh sushi can be found on the cold bar along with salads and several desserts.

My children are very picky eaters and Chinese food is not something they enjoy. China King offers something for even the picky eaters in your family. Breaded shrimp, chicken wings, breaded chicken bites, and French fries are a staple on the buffet at China King.

The prices at China King are average for a buffet in the area. A family of four can eat for around $30.00 before gratuity. The service is great, a server comes by every few minutes to clear your dirty plates and offer you a drink refill. Patrons in the area who hold a Smart Card for Montgomery County can receive a 10% discount on their meal. Smart Cards are discount cards sold by local schools for fundraisers.

Parking is never a problem at China King, as they are located in a shopping center. The parking lot is large, you may have to walk a few extra steps, but there will always be a place to park. The restaurant is located at the end of the Kroger shopping center and is near several other shops. You can shop until you are tired then head down the sidewalk for a great Chinese meal. China King Buffet is a great choice for casual dining.
