Service:
The service at this restaurant is probably the best I have ever had at ANY restaurant. The wait staff is extremely attentive and friendly. When I was dining here, the manager even came to my table a couple of times to make sure our experience was satisfactory, and that we had everything that we needed.

The food seems to arrive as soon as you order it, and drinks are refilled quickly as well, without having to ask.

Food & Menu:
From steaks to sushi, fish to chicken marsala, their menu is extensive despite it's size.

At first glance, the menu isn't appealing. But I assure you, trying anything on this menu will not leave you unsatisfied.

Everything is created and served deliciously and beautifully, it looks just as good as it tastes.

Specialties and My Favorites:
One of their most popular specialties is the New York. This 14 oz. New York strip steak is cooked just like you want it, with fluffy garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables that are grilled to perfection. This is my 2nd favorite dish, and rightly so! Every fan of the Cork house (and if you have been there, you're a fan!) has tried the New York at least once, and was very satisfied.

Another customer favorite is the Flat Iron Steak. A smaller, 10 oz. flat iron steak is broiled just the way you ask and accompanied by those same famous garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed bleu cheese and mushrooms. Sauteing the bleu cheese takes away that strong overwhelming taste, and adds a nice and zesty kick to the mushrooms and steak. This is definitely a must-try!

But my all-time favorite dish from the Cork House has to be the Ahi Tuna. I, being the sushi fan that I am, couldn't resist the temptation. Pan-seared rare, the ahi tuna is truly perfect, served on top of sticky rice and accompanied by pickled ginger (good for your blood!) and mango salsa. Honestly, I couldn't think of a way that anyone could make this sushi better. And that's surprising, since the Cork House isn't even a sushi restaurant!

The Cork House gets 5 stars!
