Restaurant Review of DiFara's Pizzeria in Brooklyn New York

DiFara's Pizzeria is located in Brooklyn New York. Now the rumor about DiFara's Pizzeria is that it is the best pizzeria in New York City ever! Well, I don't know about that! I know that is really good, but I have not been around New York trying all of their pizzerias!

The thing that I like about DiFara's Pizzeria is that you don't have to go in there and order a whole pizza. They can make customized pizza for you by the slice! These slices are pretty hearty and big so you will get filled up. You will not leave DiFara's with an empty stomach! The slices are $2.25. The price may go up if you would like to try some of their specialty toppings!

Another cool thing that I think even kids will get to enjoy is being able to see the pizza made right in front of their eyes. I like being able to see who and how my food is being prepared. Everything is really fresh.

You will have to wait a while to get your food. That is one thing that is kind of a bummer about eating. The manager of the kitchen is also the cook and he does everything in such a slow and thorough process. I don't think he has much help in the kitchen. However, he never seems to stress out and will not pick up his pace just because a lot of people are coming to order. He takes his sweet little time. It really seems like he is about perfection and quality in preparing his food.

He layers each slice of pizza in a certain way then he will stick it in the oven. A few minutes later he will take the slice out and add other layers of toppings and stick it back in. Depending on what type pizza he is making he will repeat this several times!

Although they are known for their sliced pizza they also have many other classic Italian dishes to try! All of the dishes on the menu are fresh and delicious and affordable.

This place does not look like anything special. In fact if you were just cruising down the street it would be easy just to overlook it, but looks are deceiving and what matters most is what goes on, on the inside! Let me tell you what is going on the inside is a very good thing!
