Restaurant Review: IN-N-OUT Burger

Drew Bush
IN-N-OUT burger was founded in 1948 by Harry and Esther Snyder. IN-N-OUT Burger is one of the best fast food locations in the Western United States. As a matter of fact, it is only located in four Western states. There are between 100 and 200 locations in Nevada, Utah, California, and Arizona. I have been to the one in Henderson, Nevada on a number of occasions and I was really impressed with their quality of service and food. IN-N-OUT is a great place to go for a lunch break or a road travel stop.

The service at the IN-N-OUT I have been going to is exceptional. The lunch crowds are tremendous everyday and one would expect to be waiting forever for his/her meal, but this is not the case. The speed at which they work is unbelievable. They have a very large staff that whips out satisfying food within a matter of a few minutes. I have never had an issue with their service.

The food is of very good quality and extremely affordable. Even though there are not a lot of food choices on the menu to choose from, the quality of the food more than makes up for the limited choices. The fries are absolutely delicious and freshly made for all customers to see. They actually peel and cut the potatoes right there. The burgers are also delicious and are freshly made and free of any preservatives, fillers, and additives. What is also great is that there food is not over processed, frozen, and prepackaged. The vegetables are fresh and the hamburger buns are made the old fashioned way. IN-N-OUT also offers a selection of delicious milk shakes including strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla. One can choose from among three meal choices: A regular hamburger, a cheese burger, and a double double cheese burger. Each meal is served with fries and a drink. The meals are between $4 and $5 which is much more affordable compared to other fast food restaurants which may charge $6 or $7 dollars for a meal of equal or less quality. If the IN-N-OUT was a little closer to where I live, I would go there all the time. Sometimes, I'll go after I am done running errands or food shopping.

IN-N-OUT is opened from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. on Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m on Friday-Saturday. If you want to speak to a service representative, just call 1-800-786-1000 Sunday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. and Friday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. I promise you will be impressed with the food and service that is provided every day by IN-N-OUT.

In-n-Out restaurants don't even have freezers. They also have a *secret menu*. http://www.badmouth.net/in-n-outs-secret-menu/ Now you have another reason to get over to Henderson! :) Great article that will make the folks in the other 46 states jealous!
