I would have to say that this is a great restaurant for business professionals. If you need to have a business meeting or would like to take a customer out to lunch this is a great place for that. Also, there is an element of romance to this restaurant as well so this does make a great date place. In my opinion this is not the kind of restaurant that you want to take little children too.
Since this is more to the fine dining side I would say to be ready to spend some good money! You should set aside $40-$80 per person to eat here. I thought I would warn you so that you don't go in there expecting to pay less.
The service here is wonderful. What I love is the fact that your waiter or waitress will take the time to go over the menu with you. They will give you detailed information about their specials and they are more than helpful if you need to make special requests in regards to your food.
The atmosphere is pretty tame and quiet. I would say the busiest part of the restaurant is the bar. The bar can get filled up quickly. If you want a guaranteed spot at the bar I would highly encourage you to make reservations at opentable.com.
I know that you are wondering about the quality and taste of the food and I would have to give it two thumbs up. The crab legs are so great that they don't even need butter! That is pretty impressive! There is a light sweetness to the crab legs and that is when you know the crab legs are of a good quality. Of course you can use butter if you like, but it is really not necessary. The two side dishes I would recommend to go with the crab legs are the mashed potatoes and the sweet peas. This is a delicious combo.
If you end up having room for dessert you can try something on the lighter side because you will be full. I would recommend that you try the light and delicious peppermint ice cream to top things off.
