What does it take to make a great restaurant? Does it take a good looking building? Perhaps great inside design? Superb food? Good service? Of course, as anyone knows, all of these things are necessary if a restaurant is to be considered truly world class. However, not many restaurants can boast all of these elements together. While dinner can definitely be good at the Mt. Bethel Diner, by far the best time to go is for breakfast. With a number of excellent breakfast choices (and breakfast being served all day long) there really is no wrong choice. Everything, from the toast to the eggs, is equally good, and should delight customers no matter what type of food they enjoy.
