The Opah Restaurant and Bar in Aliso Viejo, California is the best seafood restaurant I've been at so far. The food is always perfect and everything that comes out of the kitchen looks like it belongs to one of those food magazines, thanks to their famous chef, Marc Cohen. This restaurant have a huge variety of food and drinks to choose from.They have a separate lunch and dinner menu and even a happy hour menu. The ambiance is perfect and you will definitely feel at home here. It is really a great place to hang out with your friends and family. My husband and I have gone here so many times and it is one of the places we usually go to when we're in the mood for some seafood.

I've tried several of their dishes but one of the my favorites is the Atlantic Salmon on their lunch menu. This dish is just perfect! The salmon is cooked just the way I like it and it is served with jasmine rice and peas. You really can't go wrong with anything you order from their menu. Everything is cooked perfectly and served with utmost care. You will definitely enjoy your meal here. The service at the Opah Restaurant and Bar is great as well! The staff is very friendly and are always willing to help. I don't recall having any problems with the service at this restaurant.

This resturant also accepts lunch and dinner reservations if you want to make sure that you have a seat when you arrive. They are quite busy during the weekends, so if you don't want to have to wait, then give them a call at (949) 360-8822 and make reservations. This restaurant is located at the Aliso Viejo Town Center where the theater is at and several other restaurants and shopping centers. Barnes and Noble is also right next to this restaurant for those readers like myself.
