Restaurant Review of Steak 'N Egger Incorporated in Chicago

Steak 'N Egger might be of interest to you next time you are in Chicago, IL. I have to warn you though this is not your typical diner. You will find a lot of interesting people when you walk through the doors, and if you walk in there sober you might feel really out of place.

The atmosphere could seem a little chaotic and you may not understand what is going on. This restaurant is geared towards people who are flat out drunk! You can eat there if you like if you are not freaked out by the way different people act when they are drunk! Some people like to go in there for the sheer joy of watching people make fools of them selves. So, if you really need some comic relief in your life you might want to stop by.

As you can probably tell this is a laid back diner that is open 24 hours a day. If you happen to go there and you are in the mood for some steak and eggs I highly recommend it. It is what they are famous for and it is delicious. Their sausage and hash browns make a good choice too. If you order coffee you will be able to get endless refills until you decide to leave.

I am sure you are probably wondering about the service here since many of the people who come here are drunk! Well, the good news is that they have to stay sober so that they can properly serve their guests. The servers all look out for the drunkin' folks that come in; they serve them with care and fun. As you could probably imagine they maintain lighthearted attitudes. They will constantly serve you coffee and feed you with a smile.

One thing that I forgot mention earlier is that the prices of food are extremely reasonable. You can get a great meal for $6.00 and be completely satisfied and happy with food too. Once you order your food it will seem like your food only takes a few minutes to be served to you. Their service is super fast.

My personal feelings are that if you are a conservative person then you really might feel out of place here. Of course this is not the kind of environment that is appropriate for kids. Just act natural if possible have fun.
