First and foremost, it is advisable to call ahead for priority seating. You may already know the number: 1-800-WDW-DINE. Restaurants in Walt Disney World fill up fast, and Tony's Town Square Restaurant is certainly no exception. Without calling ahead, you will likely have to wait an hour or better. But even then, Tony's is worth the wait.
Start with an appetizer, such as their Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella Salad. Or simply enjoy their complimentary bread and mouth-watering sauce. But don't fill up, because Tony's Town Square Restaurant offers some magnificent entrees. From their pasta with chicken dishes to their spaghetti with meatballs, Tony's just seems to do everything right.
The service is fast and friendly. Maybe too fast, as they do try to turn tables over rather quickly. But they do not rush you to order or to eat. But once you do order, expect your food in record time. You may want to stall a bit. On the other hand, Tony's one drawback is that they do not serve alcohol (as per the rules of the Magic Kingdom), so you may want your food right away after all.
Entrees range from about eighteen to twenty-five dollars. The portions are large and very satisfying. The appetizers and desserts are equally pleasing. If you live in the area, you will likely want to purchase a Disney's Dining Experience card, which earns you 20% off your bill at Tony's Town Square Restaurant and many other outstanding Disney restaurants. The card costs $85, but only $65 if you are already a Disney annual park-hopper passholder. So check it out. It pays for itself in just a few meals.
Tony's Town Square Restaurant is located on Main Street, U.S.A. in the Magic Kingdom, and you will pass it every time you enter or exit the park. So be sure to pay them a visit. You can dine indoors or out on delicious pastas, paninis, and salads for lunch or dinner.
Enjoy your visit to Tony's Town Square Restaurant at the Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Florida!
